5 litre Masterfill Filling Line

Infeed Table

Trustpak infeed table, white vulcanised belt, Length 2405mm x 703mm wide, stainless steel, complete with Hygienic hood.

90 degree Stainless steel take-off conveyor 190mm slat belt with bottle shuffler and gating system.

Crossover onto a stainless steel conveyor belt 110mm slat belt conveyor, 12m going through the filler and capper. The conveyor is complete with side rails, partial hygienic cover up to the filler. There is a stainless steel sealed conduit that travels the length of the line slung below the conveyor, to convey the electrical cable and the pneumatic pipe work. There are two of electrical distribution panels slung beneath the conveyoring.

Masterfill Filler

Masterfill 6 head filler with a diving nozzle system and a three speed adjustments on:

·        Recharge speed

·        Discharge speed 1

·        Discharge speed 2

Filling heads block measures 1700mm wide x 700mm deep x 2060mm height.

The filler come complete with a 6 head cyclinder bank, measuring 1800mm wide x 1402mm high x 500mm deep.

There is a stainless steel header tank that is floor mounted that feeds the cyclinder bank with a 3" RJT inlet and 6 x 2" outlets. There is a ball float control mechanism inside. The header tank measures 903mm high x 700mm wide x 807 mm wide.

There are some spare nozzles for a different bottle included in the package.

The filler comes complete with the machine manual it was supplied with.

Capping Machine

There is no makers mark on the capper, but is either a single head Dico or Masterfill capper. There is a 3m height cap elevator feeding a cap sorter ( disc type) all with ex rated motors , panels and photocells.

Single head pneumatically controlled capping machine with change parts for a 5litre bottle and a cap that is 40mm x 20mm.

There is a crossover unit that links the main conveyor to a separate manual capping conveyor, measuring 4.2 m long.

A further crossover unit links this conveyor to the labelling conveyor.

Labelling Machine

There is 4.2 m conveyor running through the labeller. It is a precision labeller, PPM ALBRO, model PPSMD, Serial no 482, KW 1.2

It is a front and back labeller with each head containing a hot foil coding unit.

There is a final crossover unit transferring the bottles to a final accumulating table.

Accumulation Table

2m infeed conveyor feeds a 3 lane conveyor accumulating table, with the central lane being the feed lane. The accumulating table measures 300mm wide x 500 mm long.
